Quex Adventure Farm Park Membership Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Quex Adventure Farm Park Memberships, including:

 

• £7.99 per month Direct Debit Memberships (12-month minimum contract), and

• £60.00 Annual Upfront Memberships (paid in full at purchase; non-refundable).

 

By purchasing any Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1.    Memberships may only be purchased online.

2.    Membership numbers are strictly limited. A waiting list will be used if demand exceeds availability.

3.    Each Member will be issued with a Digital Membership Barcode, which must be shown at every visit to gain entry or receive any applicable discount. All Memberships have a minimum term of 12 months. After this term, Memberships will continue on a rolling basis until a 30-day written cancellation notice is received via letter or email.

4.    Purchasing a Membership (either up-front or via direct debit) entitles the named Member to admission to Quex Adventure Farm Park for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to these Terms.

5.    A Membership grants admission only during standard operating hours, published on our website. Operating days and times may change at any time. Membership does not include free entry to large events (including, but not limited to, The Elf Express or Trick or Treat Trail) unless specifically stated.

For any large event included within Membership, advance booking may still be required to manage capacity. Such booking will operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

6.    If not all family members hold a Membership, additional visitors will be charged at the standard rate. Accompanying adults will be charged the “not accompanying a paying child” price.

Direct Debit Memberships

7.    By choosing to pay by direct debit, you agree to make 12 consecutive monthly payments. Membership begins when the first payment is received.

8.    If a direct debit payment fails, Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd will contact you. A reasonable administration charge may apply. Interest may be charged at 4% above the Bank of England base rate on overdue amounts.

9.    If you cancel your direct debit instruction before all 12 monthly payments have been completed, the full outstanding balance of the 12-month Membership becomes immediately payable. Access to the Farm Park will be suspended until the debt is paid in full.

10.   Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd reserves the right to recover unpaid Membership fees through external debt recovery services or legal enforcement through the courts. Additional reasonable recovery costs may be charged to the Member.

11.   Memberships paid by direct debit may only be cancelled after the initial 12-month minimum term and require 30 days’ written notice.

Up-Front Memberships

12.   Up-front Memberships require full payment at the time of purchase.

Up-front Memberships cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred or paused.

Members remain committed to the full 12-month term.

General Membership Conditions

13.   No Membership (up-front or direct debit) may be cancelled during the minimum 12-month term. No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are permitted.

14.   When applying for a Membership, you must provide:

o     Full name

o     Date of birth

o     A photograph (uploaded at sign-up)

o     Residential address

o     For adult Members: telephone number and email

o     For child Members: a lead adult’s name, telephone number and email

All correspondence will be sent to the lead adult.

15.   Membership pricing is reviewed periodically. After the initial 12-month term, prices may change. Members will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any change.

16.   A Membership is only valid when the Digital Membership Barcode is presented by the named Member. Screenshots, photos or photocopies will not be accepted.

17.   Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd may refuse entry to any Member who cannot present a valid Digital Membership Barcode.

18.   Memberships are non-transferable and may not be sold, loaned or given away. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

19.   Memberships may be withdrawn without refund in cases of misuse or fraud.

20.   Replacement digital credentials (if lost or inaccessible) may incur a £4.99 administration fee.

9. Changes to Operating Hours

9.1. Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd reserves the right to amend opening and closing times where necessary. Reasonable notice will be given where possible.

10. Behaviour and Conduct

21.   All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 or over.

22.   Quex Adventure Farm Park Ltd may refuse entry or remove any Member for unreasonable behaviour, including but not limited to:

o     Threatening, abusive or inappropriate conduct

o     Disregard for site rules

o     Disruption to other visitors or staff

o     Breach of these Terms

Such behaviour may result in cancellation without refund, and future Membership may be refused.

11. General Conditions

11.1. Membership benefits and discounts may only be used as described and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation After Minimum Term

23.   After completing the 12-month minimum term, Members may cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice via letter or email.

24.   Members paying by direct debit must ensure all payments are up-to-date at the time of cancellation.
