Carer Ticket Policy
At Quex Adventure Farm Park, the safety and supervision of all young visitors is our top priority. As all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, we do not offer general carer tickets for entry to the farm park, animal activities, Gel Battle Royale, or other standard activities.

Standard Park Entry and Activities

Carer tickets are not available for children, including those with additional needs, as all children must be accompanied by an adult regardless.

If an adult visitor requires a carer to access the park while accompanying a child, we can offer one free carer ticket in specific circumstances.

This ticket applies only to professional carers supporting an adult who would otherwise be unable to access the park.

The carer must be attending solely to support the adult with access needs.

To request this ticket, please complete your booking as normal, then email us with supporting evidence of care needs (e.g. PIP, DLA, Access Card) attached.

We are unable to offer free carer tickets to young carers or child carers, due to safety and supervision requirements.

Large Seasonal Events

For larger events (e.g. Halloween, Christmas, etc.), where ticket prices are significantly higher, we offer a designated online carer ticket.

This can be used to accompany either a child or an adult with additional needs.

Only one carer ticket is available per qualifying guest and no additional concessions are available beyond this.

Supporting evidence may be required upon arrival.
