Every effort has been made to make our trails and events fully accessible, however customers should be aware that by their nature they will cover some uneven terrain with a number of varying gradients. There are also some areas that can be made more challenging by wet weather.

Regrettably, our Tractor rides are not wheelchair friendly. Wheelchairs or mobility scooters won't be provided. However, those who require a wheelchair or a mobility scooter are welcome to bring them, bearing in mind the advice above. We also strongly recommend planning your travel in advance and considering the impact of adverse weather.

No, sadly due to our animal residents dogs are not allowed in the Farm Park with the exception of registered Guide Dogs.

We do not currently have a disabled toilet or changing facilities. There are, however, other businesses at Quex Park with these facilities.

Yes, our main shop is always open when the park is open with drinks, snacks and ice cream. On busier days our kitchen or BBQ will be open serving hot food.

Yes, Picnics are welcome within the Farm Park.

Yes, Parking is free onsite. We have limited parking at the Farm Park with lots of additional parking in the front paddocks of Quex Park – a 5 minute walk.

All of our Farm Park tickets are for the full day – from opening to closing. Please check your ticket for details on opening and closing times.

No need to print, you can use your Smartphone for your digital ticket; please ensure your phone is fully charged for the ticket and barcode to be legible.

We always have a first aider on site – just in case!

We do advise dressing for the weather, and would recommend wellies if rained a few days before visiting. And in Sunny weather, Suncream and Hats are essential!

Yes, we have two unisex toilets with Baby Changing Facilities.
