Quex Activity Centre, an outdoor family day out in Birchington, is looking for a new Grounds Maintenance Operative to help keep our extensive outdoor areas in tip-top condition! The role is outdoor based and varied with duties including:

• Grass cutting & strimming

• Hedge trimming & pruning

• Litter picking

• Pond cleaning & maintenance

• Weeding, planting and pruning of plants

• Road cleaning

and maintaining the character and appearance of the park.

The role will also include basic maintenance to fences and animal areas, safety checks to play equipment and other maintenance and grounds keeping tasks.

The successful candidate must be able to work weekends and hold a full and clean driving license. Grounds keeping experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00 per hour
